Betano launches sports betting and casino games in Ontario to mark North American debut

Betano, the tier-one digital sports betting operator, has launched its operations in the Canadian province of Ontario to enter the North American market for the first time.

Perfect timing:

The operator has chosen the perfect timing for expansion to the popular Canadian casino destination as the FIFA World Cup, the world’s biggest sporting event, is currently held in Qatar. The event is drawing people to betting platforms, and the time of Betano’s debut in the North American market happens in the middle of the first rounds in Qatar’s tournament with the most exciting duels yet to come. As one of the tournament’s regional supporters in Europe, Betano decided to use the opportunity for expansion and forge the hot steel in Ontario.

Meticulous project planning:

Furthermore, the steel is hot in other spots as well: NBA, NHL and NFL seasons are all underway, therefore the moment for Betano to launch its sports betting operations is ideal. The launch is the apparent result of a meticulous expansion plan as the operator is surely aware that it has to run the business full steam from the very beginning. Only top operators may cope with the pressure by employing superior product quality and fully optimized organizational, planning, and strategical procedures and practices.

Extensive portfolio and proprietary technology:

Betano is surely one of them. It is a subsidiary of Kaizen Gaming, a huge operator with extensive European and Latin American presence. Betano now offers a wide pallet of more than 30 different sports, and the Kaizen business includes more than 1,000 casino games. With the latest expansion to North America and Canada, Betano and Kaizen’s entire portfolio will constitute a specially tailored offer for new customers in Ontario.

Kaizen Gaming’s CCO Julio Iglesias Hernando commented on the new business launch: “We are excited to enter a new market, but also a new territory for Betano and Kaizen Gaming. The competition is intense in Ontario, but we are confident that with our solid product offering, backed by our proprietary technology, we will offer a superior sports betting and gaming experience to millions of Canadians.”

Unprecedented service:

The latest expansion follows the recent Kaizen Gaming deal signed with Red Dealer Studios for the operator’s new coverage of the Romanian and Greek markets. A representative of Kaizen said at the time that the company gained access to casino games that  deliver ”unprecedented levels of fun and excitement.”

With top-tier sports betting services and unprecedented casino games in the library, Betano and Kaizen Gaming seem likely to turn the latest North American debut into a long-term stay.
